Dr Ivy was unfortunately not around, I would like to give Dr. Jason the benefit of the doubt regarding the misdiagnosis of my dog, who is currently hospitalized. I would recommend seeking a second opinion if you plan to consult him.

Dr. Ivy was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. I trusted her completely with my senior cat. She was very thorough and took the time to address all concerns, without making me feel rushed like many clinics tend to do. The vet assistants are also very kind. Thank you Dr. Ivy!

I can't recommend this veterinary clinic highly enough! When I thought my dog was experiencing heat stroke, they managed to get us in on the same day. The vet acted quickly and was able to rule out heat stroke with targeted tests. What impressed me the most was his approach; he didn't rush into running every possible test, but instead carefully examined my dog and started with only the necessary ones. The level of care didn't stop there. The vet even called the next day to check on my dog's progress, which really showed his dedication. The clinic itself is clean and has a professional atmosphere that feels high-end, yet their prices are surprisingly reasonable. If you're looking for a caring and efficient vet, this is the place to go!

Very responsive and service is quite good. The interior of the place looks new and expensive, but their prices are quite reasonable. Dr. Ivy feels quite honest and genuinely caring. The front desk staff are quite nice as well. Our dog had surgery there. They kept us informed during the surgery and during her day stay. However pls note that they do not have 24hr emergency service. So we had to take our dog back home after the surgery for the night and then bring her back to the vet the next day. Highly recommended 👍

They are so proffesional and good team all of them understand my dogs condition not only a vet who did operation. Their explanation was excellent ,using simple words for me understanding well. Dr.Frederic save my dogs life, during his consultation I felt I could trust him. He's not hesitate saying the risk and tell honestly the truth. So I could make decision immediately the operation for my dog,and my dog is alive! And good thing about this clinic is they are gentle listening owners voices and understand my feeling as well. I used many clinics in Hong Kong. This clinic is the best !
