We found a pizza place in Central called Alice Pizza and noticed they have many locations. The pizza looked highly attractive in the display, and we loved that you can buy it either per piece or counted by weight per 100 grams. We ordered four different kinds of pizza to try: Bresaola, Ducking Good Slice, Margherita, and Mushroom. After ordering, we got our seats upstairs; there were not many tables available, but it was a very cozy place to sit. The pizza tasted delicious overall, and we especially liked the Bresaola pizza and the Ducking Good Slice. We also tried the Nutella Pistachio pizza for dessert, but it just tasted okay compared to the savory ones.

Saw this pizza place while roaming around Central District. They offer a wide variety of flavors and everything looked tasty. I tried the Tuna and Onion slice — it was good, but not particularly remarkable. The dough had a nice crunch though, which I appreciated. Maybe I just didn’t get their best-seller this time, so I might give it another try with their top flavors next time. It’s decent for a quick bite, but not something I’d go out of my way to look for if I’m craving really good pizza. Service staff were fast and efficient, and there are seats available upstairs for dine-in.

Got the carbonara pizza. Was super creamy with the runny yoke (the yellow sauce) but not a lot of meat for flavoring.

Really good pizza which is pay by weight. Next level flavours, all of which have a crispy base. The dinning area is cosy but has a great view of the immaculate kitchen. They have a deal that has two beers for $35 with any pizza order.

The focus is really on the quality of the dough and fresh toppings. One thing to note: the pizza is sold by weight, so prices vary depending on the flavor and how big of a slice you choose. It’s a great system if you want to try a little of everything. I’ve only gotten takeout so far, but there’s seating available upstairs if you want to dine in. It can get busy, especially on weekends, but the line moves quickly, and service is efficient. All the flavors I’ve tried have been consistently good — fresh ingredients, generous portions, and well-balanced toppings. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and want something casual.
