When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Restaurants must hold a licence from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, usually displayed inside. Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve are peak booking times, and some restaurants offer set menus or add a surcharge on festive days, so ask ahead. Delivery usually has a minimum order and a delivery area, and takes longer at peak times.

Opening hours: daily, 12:00–14:30 and 18:00–21:30. It is open seven days a week. There is a break between the lunch and dinner sessions. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 6032 6626; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. More information is on its website, fiatapizza.com.

Customers give it an average of 4.3 out of 5 on Google (1,073 reviews), a high score by any measure.

Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

ONE OF THE BEST PIZZAS I’VE EVER HAD and trust me my Italian wife agreed. The pizza in question was the Fried Pizza Puttanesca. Absolutely sensational, bursting with flavours thanks to the fresh and generous ingredients. Every bite was crunchy and a bomb of flavours. We also took the pizza which won them their award which was very good too. But the fried pizza was what impressed us. Tiramisu was delightful and authentic but not sure about serving it in a circular glass, makes it hard to eat. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating given we had a baby. However, I must say it is shameful for such a great pizzeria to be in such a cramped venue. Tables are staggered, half the people will be in an uncomfortable setting and being bumped by bystanders. If you can, request a table on the first floor, it’s a bit better.

After I've seen how restaurants with POOR service and ATTITUDE get 4.8-4.9 stars on Google Reviews, I CANNOT but SHOW SUPPORT to GOOD restos that actually serves GOOD food and SUPERB emotional value. This resto is so underrated for its authenticity of pizzas and vibes. 100% recommend (comments from a picky eater). Look at the attached photos to see how their weekday lunch sets look like and how the seating goes (that's right before they close at around 2 pm, normally quited crowded).

As someone who LOVES Napoli style pizza and diavola, I’ve never had a diavola that I crave as much as the one from Fiata. Even though I’ve been there countless times and tried different pizza, every time I ordered another flavor, I always wished that I could have gotten diavola instead (the only one that came close was l’estate) Their appetizers and desserts were amazing as well, especially their cannoli, it’s exactly like the one I’ve had in Sicily. None of the other ones I’ve had in HK came close. I like how they used ricotta like the traditional ones instead of whipped cream or custard. The only “bad” thing I would say about eating there is that you have to make a reservation, or else it would be almost impossible to enter. It’s a lot easier to book for a table for 2 than a table for over 3. I am not sure about now but when I went there on a weekday for lunch a year ago, they had a lunch set where the pizza were a lot cheaper. I ordered diavola, it tastes almost the same as their usual one except the ingredients were a lot simpler (there was no stracciatella(?) on top). The staffs are also always friendly, even the owner and the kitchen staffs. Knowing how busy they always a

Fiata has been my favorite pizzeria in Hong Kong ever since they first opened, and I’ve lost count of how many friends I’ve introduced it to—every single one has since converted. The consistency here is unreal: top-notch quality, genuine hospitality, and a cosy, intimate space (clearly limited seating, which adds to the charm). We ordered three of my go-to pizzas. The Bronte 5.0—fior di latte, mortadella, lemon zest, semi-dried tomato, pistachio, buffalo ricotta, and lemon oil—is a bright, creamy, salty masterpiece. The Pazza Estate (burrata cream, 24-month Parma ham, salty ricotta, Silento white fig jam, mint, black olive powder) hits that perfect sweet-savory balance. And the A’ Salsiccia with onion cream, caramelized red onions, and fresh Italian sausage is pure comfort. For those who prefer a more classic path, the Margherita here is both a reassuring choice and a quietly delicious one—proof that simplicity, when executed with the same DOP ingredients and masterful dough, needs no adornment to impress. What keeps me coming back? The dough. Made to order with Italian DOP ingredients, it’s light, chewy, with a gooey centre and perfectly charred edges. The toppings are generous

If you’re craving authentic, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza in Hong Kong, Fiata is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm and buzzing—but the real star is the pizza. The crust is perfectly blistered, chewy, and light, with top-quality toppings that sing. The Margherita is a classic done right, but don’t miss their specials. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Attentive, genuine, and happy to guide you through the menu. Even on a busy afternoon, the team makes you feel welcomed and well taken care of. Great food plus great service is rare—Fiata nails both. Highly recommended for pizza lovers!
