I can’t recommend Dr Vaness enough. She treated my cat Waffles with so much care, patience, and professionalism throughout all our visits. You can genuinely tell how much she loves animals and wants the best for them (unfortunately, not always the case). She handled Waffles so calmly and gently that he actually settled down quickly. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made me feel reassured the whole time. It’s rare to find a vet who is both incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. Waffles was in very good hands, and I’m really grateful for the care she provided.

The vet gave us really helpful advice about the stray cat we adopted and really took care of our cat during our visit 😊. Prices were also very honest and they advise against many of the expensive options that we would have never known ourselves. I (actually) trust them!

My dog is a customer of Dr ting since 2018. He and his teams are professional and patient to find out the problems of my dog through an all round investigation. My dogs is really old but still very healthy and active. Thx you for providing us a happy family life with our pet. Ps. The price is not the cheapest but the charge is reasonable without unnecessary checking. 👍

I took my dog to Dr Liu for a second opinion. I’m really grateful we found him; he’s experienced and always takes the time to explain things. He’s also available for questions and flexible with emergency visits. Sadly, my dog was very sick, and we eventually had to put her down. However, I truly believe she received the best care possible. Thank you so much, Dr Liu and team, for taking such good care of Miu Miu in her final weeks.

I’ve experienced having my cats to have treatments in different clinics and this is the best one. Staff here are enthusiastic in taking care of animals. Not only the vets, but also the assistants are very professional. I feel so secured to have my cats to be here. They all are detail-minded. Every time my cats need help, they evaluate the situation in a really detailed way and provided effective treatment accordingly. Even sometimes it’s fully booked with appointments. The assistants are willing to give advice to you by phone. More importantly, they do not ask you to do tons of checking with high price for no reasons. The price here is reasonable. They also provide us written reminders of how to take care of our cats after the desexualisation. I strongly recommend pet lovers to choose this clinic for your pets.
