One particular guy at the receptionist October 4, 2025 at 9:20PM at their 24 hr clinic is so rude. When we first entered you can see the expression of his face not really liking the job he’s in so we talk to the girl next to him who has a dog tattoo on her arm. Our case is we are planning to transfer our dog here who had a heat stroke from another vet hospital becoz our running bill is getting really really too much for us to bear. We tried to beg maybe they can take him in. Mind you we aren’t rude and have a calm voice. It didn’t even take 10 mins, he butts in our conversation and be sarcastic on us while we are being desperate. Now you wanna be in the conversation when you look like you don’t even want to be bothered earlier when we came in. Telling me they can’t take one dog out just to admit our dog in. That kind of attitude shouldn’t be working on this type of job. No compassion at all. Don’t bring your pet here because even though you have a very urgent case, they will require you to make a booking and no assurance that they will take your dog in. Even if your pet is dying.

Terrible rude staff, slow service and different quotations from different doctors. The wait room staff is the worst I've ever didn't feel welcome or wanted. The slight price difference isn't worth the lack of service by staff or care by the doctors.

The name non profit is deceptive. It might be just slightly cheaper but you don’t get a good doctors analysis diagnosis of the symptoms and solution to cure my dog. I waited for 3.5 hours which was unnecessary even though I booked for an appointment in advance. The counter girls was rude and so they expect you to keep quiet and wait and not ask any questions. After 3.5 hours, I left the vet not knowing the problem of my dog. All they gave me was a read out of blood test which I had to probe to understand. Totally waste of time and a very expensive bill ($1670 for consultation, blood test, x-ray). No reassurances from the vet. Please don’t waste your money and time at this place.
