Today, I brought my cat (Lulu) to the Animal Medical Center for the second time. Dr. Vivian Li was very nice and explained everything clearly before and after the examination. I also appreciate the help from Dr. Isabella, Dr. Alex, and Dr. Kayle in the first visit—they were all professional and direct, which I found helpful. Although the cost was quite expensive for me, at least I was satisfied with the attitudes of the doctors, staff, and everyone working there. Overall, I’m thankful for their care for my lovely Lulu SO FAR.

Worst nightmare… A year ago, Dr. Lam told us our beloved one won’t make it and we have to put her down that night, without any thorough check / diagnosis. We chose not to listen and left, though with much pain and despair. Next day we brought her to their Mid-levels chain. Turns out she’s still with us today. If you need the advice of putting your pet down instead of diagnosing and curing, this is the place you are looking for.

Highly recommend this clinic for their efficient service, excellent medical care and affordable pricing! Dr Kyle Wong and Dr Yoojin Kim, who I have consulted with for my dog's cancer care, are highly skilled and conscientious. Impressed and would highly recommend.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. Unprofessional and poor attitude. Completely irresponsible. I took a stray cat to have an overall checkup before I took her home. Told me there were no fleas, which turned out to be wrong. There were fleas and visible flea dirt. Also suggested me checking for ringworms just for reassurance. They didn’t even call me for the result until I called them a month later and they claimed they had called me, which I had not received at all. Poor attitude. I had my cat checked for ringworm again right afterwards and there was none. Not sure if the earlier report was false. The staff didn’t know what they were doing. Gave wrong instructions of the medicine. Told me to feed my cat the dewormer 3 times a day rather than 1 time only for 3 days, which could be deadly for my cat. See photo attached. The original handwriting before I changed it indicated 3 times a day.
