Went for a “cheaper” vaccination and ended up with a bill 3x what was quoted. Don’t really trust them anymore.

this clinic is really unprofessional. all the nurses and doctors are just trying to chase for KPIs asking you to conduct more examination so that they could make a more profitable business. i would like my cat to conduct an ultrasound examination as she lost appetite (still eating but eating less) and energy for 2 weeks, already got the blood report and xray (showing that her kidney is 2-3 times bigger) on my hand. confirmed that something is wrong with her kidbey. the reasons why i think they are unprofessional were because 1. they said they could conduct ultrasound on their own or they could ask a specialist to come, i asked what the differences would be, and they couldnt tell me why!! i asked if the regular ultrasound could tell what kind of kidney issue my cat might have, they couldnt specify the differences!! why would i spend 2k more and duplicate the ultrasound examination? 2. they asked me to conduct a blood examination, i asked why and they said the previous blood report didnt get SDMA tested. SDMA is used for testing whether the cat has a primary stage of kidney issue, it is confirmed that my cat has kidney issue already, why the hell would SDMA have to be confirmed in th

Dr. Wu is nice and seems to love dogs. We have been here for various reasons, from vaccinations to injuries to sicknesses, and our dog has always been helped by his advice and prescriptions. And most of the vet techs are great - patient and friendly, even when our puppy was super hyper and hard to control. However, I have to deduct 2 stars because there are also many cons: 1) The wait time is often very long even with an advance appointment, and the small waiting room can get crowded. 2) A few of the vet techs don't seem very knowledgeable. They seem unsure when answering questions, or give conflicting answers. 3) Administration-wise, they aren't very careful. They've jumbled digits in my dog's reference number in different ways on a few occasions, and spelled my name wrong even though they were copying it from my HKID. This lack of attention to detail made me worry they might one day make a mistake impacting my dog's health. 4) Obviously this isn't a concern for most locals, but as a heads up for others, some of the vet techs aren't comfortable speaking English, or seem comfortable but I can't understand them. 5) Their nighttime/emergency markup rate is pretty ridiculous compared

The staff were friendly and helpful, Vet Ng was gentle and thorough. Highly recommended!
