Dr. C. C. Kong performed my ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery, and I could not have asked for a better surgeon or overall experience. From the initial consultation through to the surgery and follow-up care, Dr. Kong was exceptionally thorough. He took the time to explain my injury, the treatment options, the surgical approach, and the recovery process in a clear and reassuring way. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered patiently and honestly. What stood out most was his rare combination of outstanding expertise and genuine humility. Despite his extensive experience and senior standing in the field, Dr. Kong is remarkably approachable, kind, and attentive. Over the last 10 years, I have had several major medical procedures including ACL repair, spinal fusion and most recently two separate hip replacements. Throughout all of these experiences, the staff at this practice have consistently shown that they genuinely care about their patients. They work hard to make stressful situations feel as calm, reassuring and positive as possible. This year, I had two surgeries performed by Jason Brockwell who is calm reassuring and patient with my endless questions. My care throughout has been managed by Amanda Law, who is efficient, kind and empathetic. They are exactly the people you want supporting you when you are in pain and need someone to reassure you that everything will be okay. My physiotherapy has been led by Hayley Lo, who has been infinitely patient and incredibly effective in helping me regain strength and confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Their expertise, their compassion and their excellent after care including physio have made a tremendous difference in my recovery and overall experience.

Dr Au is an exceptional doctor – a true expert. She explains everything in detail, patiently answers questions, and gives you complete confidence that you are in the best of hands. Her follow-up care is also 5 star. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The practice, Asia Medical Specialists, makes everything easy. Communication is excellent, and the staff are all very professional and friendly.
