Unacceptable Standard of Care and Appalling Administration My initial consultation with Dr. Chen seemed promising. While the practice's fees are on the higher end, I was more than willing to pay them under the assumption that I would receive high-quality, attentive medical care for my condition. Unfortunately, my subsequent experiences proved otherwise. The standard of medical care rapidly deteriorated following my first visit. Dr. Chen prescribed a medication that was entirely incorrect for my specific condition. I had to immediately discontinue the treatment as my symptoms were not only failing to improve, but actively worsening. When I attended a follow-up appointment to address this urgent issue, the experience was highly dismissive. Dr. Chen was visibly distracted, rushing between multiple patients, and failed to properly review my case or listen to my concerns. While the office did not charge me for this specific visit, receiving zero medical guidance while my condition worsened is completely unacceptable. I'm writing this to express my deepest gratitude. After my Miradry treatment with Dr. Chan, my life change. I suffered from excessive underarm sweating, and it led to constant bullying. My classmate made cruel comments , avoided sitting next to me or laughed behind my back. It got to point where I lost my confidence. After the Miradry treatment, it's change my life , the sweat and smell are decrease. I feel free and confidence for the first time in years. I raise my arms without worry and simply be myself. Dr Kingsley Chan is awesome - my eczema is cured after seeing him! It is like magic. At the reception of Dr Chan’s clinic, I got the most welcome by Amy, Yanny, Abby, Konni; as I almost felt like walking into a 5 star hotel.
