Such a memorable shopping experience! The staff were impressively moody and rude, as if customers walking into the store were a personal inconvenience. I came in looking to buy shoes and left with something even better: a strong desire to shop somewhere else. Outstanding customer-repelling skills! 👏

Not the best English if it’s what you need but it was sufficient enough for the staff to recommend a shoe or explain the differences. Ended up buying a pair of Novablast 5 running shoes which was what they recommended.

horrible service. reserved a pair of shoes and when i wanted to try on before paying, the staff said “normally for these special editions (crossover) no one tries them on”. are you kidding me? just a $1k-ish trainers and it’s too fancy to be tried on? look at the crossover birkxxstock at $3k i’m wearing pls? ridiculous and pathetic.
