I went into the Garmin store because my charging cable broke while still under warranty. The staff told me they don’t handle warranty repairs there and just handed me a customer service center card. When I enquired about the center’s operating hours, one employee with a mustache responded in a very arrogant tone, saying ‘Just buy a new one.’ Really rude and unhelpful service. For a premium brand like Garmin, this was disappointing. I won’t be going back.

Terrific customer service. Great lateral thinkers looking to ensure a memorable customer experience. Can be a bit tricky to find - look in Lock St opposite the entry to iSquare. Don't waste time looking inside iSquare, it's not where you'll find them.
