Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Absolutely ridiculous. You can't order here if you don't have a phone or if your data gets cranky. Asked the staff about their low caffeine selection, the female staff was entirely distracted and could barely respond. UI to order is absolutely crap, asks for access to your phone when all I wanted to have is quick access to the menu. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.

This location doesn't have the full menu, no cream top items. Chagee ordering system takes at least 4 attempts to properly accept payment. Asked for less ice, they gave me more ice, barely any tea and mostly ice.

I love this place in china, but here it’s just too dirty and inefficient. 3 people behind the counter all working on orders, no one at the counter. 20-30 minutes wait in total.

waited at counter for a good 10 min . despite having 3 staff . no one attend to the counter . what a disappointed service is this . what is the point of having a ordering counter when no one is there ? expect all customers to order by QR code ? those who are not good on ordering online ? best thing is there only only less than 5 customer waiting .

Finally, I tried the Chagee after being constantly influenced and almost brainwashed by all those idealized TV scenes and commercials that made the drink appear magical, refreshing, and unforgettable. When I finally tasted it, my expectations collapsed because it was not as extraordinary as I had imagined. Although it was decent and had its own pleasant qualities, it certainly did not match the hype or the exaggerated portrayals I had seen on television. The experience left me feeling a bit disappointed, yet I still acknowledge that it was good—just not remarkable.
