百佁傢(香港), a renovation company in Sham Shui Po, is at HK 九龍 深水埗 欽州街50號就安大廈地鋪. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted.

In Hong Kong several kinds of work need qualified people: plumbing on the fresh-water supply should be done by a Water Supplies Department licensed plumber, electrical work by a worker registered with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, and minor works such as air-conditioner supporting frames may fall under the Buildings Department's Minor Works Control System. Ask for a receipt or completion certificate and keep the warranty details. Renovation is usually paid in stages as work progresses rather than all up front; apply to the management office and pay any deposit before work starts.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 09:00–20:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 6099 2203. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. Its website is facebook.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

It shows 3.0 out of 5 on Google, but from only 4 reviews, so treat it as a first impression rather than a verdict.

Sham Shui Po is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Sham Shui Po is known for the electronics and second-hand stalls of Apliu Street and the fabric and button shops around Ki Lung Street and Yu Chau Street, where many older shops still prefer cash.
