Home Fix It All

Home Fix It All, a renovation company in Sham Shui Po, is at Room C, 5/F. 91 Fuk Wing St, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. It is upstairs in a building, entered through the lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Before hiring a contractor, describe the job clearly and ask for a written quotation listing the items, materials, timetable and payment stages; comparing two or three quotes is normal. For work in a flat, the building management office usually needs to be told and sets its own working hours, and the law restricts the use of powered equipment between 19:00 and 07:00 and on Sundays and public holidays. Renovation is usually paid in stages as work progresses rather than all up front; apply to the management office and pay any deposit before work starts.

Opening hours: Mon–Sat open 24 hours, Sun closed. It is open 6 days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 6843 8381; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp.

Google shows 5.0 out of 5 based on 2 reviews; with so few opinions the score can move quickly as more customers weigh in.
