The services and the nurses here ARE THE BEST in Hong Kong. Even the door greeter and the registrars are courteous and professional. I would rather choose this hospital than any other, as all private hospital in the kowloon area have no beds at any time. If you don’t believe me, just try to book one after office hours. I have had several emergencies within the past few years, and the private hospitals always tells me they have no beds. I was forced to be admitted to public hospital for emergency surgeries. My insurances purchased are worthless, if private hospitals continues to have no beds, why should I purchase medical insurance in the first place?

Typical no no no attitude. I needed 3 stitches removed (mini accident overseas). “Any medical records? Any doctors note? Sorry we can’t help you”. Sick of this attitude

Extremely slow service. They forgot about my needle shot and prioritised locking doors and cleaning up. Outraged.
