The other reviews and comments are true, it’s better if you go to a private clinic. Extremely long waits and severely understaffed. Overnight and long stay patients can’t use the bathroom and have to resort to using pee/poo pans. Can’t even clean yourself or wash your hands after, is that even sanitary? And I’ve been told that most bed ridden patients only get 1 bath per week. If you have family staying here please visit them daily. Overall, doctors and nurses are good, it’s just the care patient workers with white uniforms that don’t take the “care” in their job title seriously. Need a reformation or yearly check up on those position of staff.

Better go private clinic !! if you have stomach pain or fever avoid coming here i have waited for 10hrs still no response in hA&Go app its shows my number but i ask the nurse still says wait for your name to be called . the Government have failed the hospital system !!!

Super rude nurse. Only ask us to do xray and get my kid hospitalized without explaining what is the issue. Registered at 9am and waited till lunch but still didn't get to see doctor after taking x-ray, while my young kid was starved and tired from waiting for 5+ hours from morning till afternoon.. So we ended up leaving after paying $400 for A&E without getting any useful information nor seeing an actual doctor. Will not recommend the hospital due to the unprofesional service and extremely long waiting time.

I read a lot of complaint here about foreign racism, is not true, at least for me. Yesterday after an eye accident (retinal holes) and meet the doctor at ER Caritas, I was checking my eyes at second floor Ophtalmology service. Every time, every room you are called by your name, never by number, and the number are displayed on the screen next the room door. All people I met, nurses, doctor even the staff at apointment/registration, all people are speaking English and repeat 2 time if needed... :)

I wish I can put no star instead on 1 star. It is really unacceptable, my 8x yrs old grandma got discharged from CMC today. But the drip on her arm was not removed and bleeding very badly!
