Today, my shoes got soaked, so I had to look for a new pair. I walked into this store without knowing anything about the brand or even what kind of shoes they sold. What made the experience special was the staff. Both sales associates were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Every question I had was answered patiently and thoroughly. I forgot to ask their names, but the gentleman wearing glasses was especially wonderful—knowledgeable, patient, never rushed me, and had a great sense of humor. He was very friendly and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Because of their excellent service and product knowledge, I ended up buying a pair with no hesitation. I highly recommend this store and just wanted to say thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back again the next time I need a new pair of shoes!

Loman is excellent with his customer service. He knows exactly what l need when l am looking for a comfortable shoes to walk around in Hong Kong. I bought a pair of " Be Lenka " Biege colour shoes from Barefoot Asia Ltd. Wow...l must say, it is so comfortable that l feel like walking Barefoot. Highly recommended Barefoot Asia if you are in Hong Kong for shopping shoes.

Scarlett is a really enthusiastic and helpful staff member :D I was looking for a pair of casual shoes, and she could basically read my mind and showed me exactly what I was looking for!
