They promised to buy secondhand luxury items, regardless of their condition, as shown in their reels. I sent them pictures of the luxury wallet I wanted to sell, and they agreed to buy it. However, when I went to the store, they refused to purchase it because the wallet was too worn out. It was a complete waste of my time. I spent an hour getting there, and they couldn’t fulfill their promise. To make matters worse, they blocked me after all that. I’ll definitely warn everyone I know to avoid this store.

Staff was so friendly and could provide good advice without being aggressive. You will not feel pressured at all the whole time. They may not have the greatest collection of items but all the pieces there are carefully picked and of high quality. When compared to other bigger brands, Top One even offered a better price on some similar items I found at other shops. I enjoyed the time there and will definitely come back. Highly recommend.
