It was our first time visiting NPAH with our cat and we only have good things to say about the whole experience. From the moment we walked in, we noticed there were separated waiting areas for cats and dogs. We love dogs but we just knew our cat would feel nervous around an excited dog so we appreciated the different waiting areas. There were also towels infused with Feliway free for anyone to use and cover their carrier with. ♥️ We waited for a bit after our appointed time but that’s always expected, even with human doctor appointments. 😅 We felt that Dr Tim Choi and the vet nurse (we missed her name!) were so patient and caring towards our cat. Dr Tim took time to check our cat and gave us detailed information about her condition. We also felt that just briefly mentioning our other cat who was at home, he and the nurses showed care for her by suggesting what we could do. They have reasonable pricing and are open to inform us the pricing of other procedures we asked about. Overall, a positive experience and if ever we would need to go back, which we hope we never have to for anything serious, we know that we can trust the vets and nurses at NPAH.

Finding a veterinarian you can fully trust can be stressful, but NPAH makes the entire process seamless. The veterinary team is incredibly thorough, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain every diagnosis and treatment option without ever making you feel rushed. They have provided exceptional care for all my fur babies, and I always leave feeling confident that we are in the best hands. Recommend for anyone who's looking for high quality care for your fur babies!

A pleasant first experience at North Point Animal Hospital for our little kitty Athena. Dr. Choi gave us a clear explanation on her condition and we're glad he answered any inquiries we have regarding Athena's health. The staff are very patient and handled her with care and gentleness. The fee is reasonable for a 24-hour vet hospital. Would recommend if your fur baby is in need of immediate medical attention

NPAH are my go-to vet clinic and I have so much gratitude for them I can't speak of them highly enough, the nurses and the vets genuinely care for your furbabies and the clinic environment and ambience and cleanliness is excellent. Dr Kian and Dr Tim have helped and done everything possible to bring my babies to good health. They pay attention to small details and it also gives me reassurance to have their 24hr 365 days open access thru weekends and PH. They are not wasting your money. The only dissatisfaction I have had is making an appointment on the same day (when I don't know if it is an emergency or not) for my 2 cats who have been delicate as kittens and had asthma, FIP, pneumonia and gastro and I've been bringing them here since 2021, and every once in a while I am scared that they need immediate attention but can't get an appointment till late night or a couple of days later.
