I brought my cat to Pet Central North Point during an emergency, solely because of its convenient location and after-hours availability. I deeply regret not reading the reviews first. This clinic is a textbook example of unprofessional, selfish, and commercially driven veterinary practice. Upon admitting my cat for two days under a lung tumor diagnosis with recurring fluid buildup, the staff appeared friendly on the surface. But instead of offering honest, compassionate guidance, they kept pushing expensive, so-called treatments. After consulting both AI and a trusted friend who works in veterinary medicine, I learned that none of those costly procedures were medically necessary given my cat’s late-stage condition and the fluid buildup pattern. This clinic’s priority was clear: money, not my cat’s well-being. They were willing to prolong suffering and drain my finances without any genuine regard for the animal’s quality of life. Fortunately, I ignored their upselling and took my cat home, where she spent her final three peaceful days in a familiar environment, surrounded by love and happy memories from over a decade together. Dr Bryan Ng is super unfriendly and shows zero empathy towards humans and animals. Poor attitude, extremely arrogant and indifferent. Definitely would not recommend visiting this clinic. 👎👎👎

Stay away from this hospital if you want your pet to be save!!! Think twice or even thrice before deciding to admit your pet here. My healthy dog died here in the hands of different veterinary doctors and nurses. Just overnight in this hospital my dog’s deteriorate that fast, way far from the first doctor’s prognosis, that my pet will get better in 2-3 days with medication as her vitals are all fine. Dont settle because they are the only pet hospital open in the weekends. If you have trusted doctors and clinic better call them as emergency during weekends. I wish i did this, i should have saved my beloved pet from the hands of these inexperienced veterinary and nurses. And they are only concern about charging you more rather than looking on your pets health concern.

Their suggestion focused solely on money. The staff were unprofessional. The nurse interrupted the vet during the consultation, steering the conversation toward costs multiple time. At one point, the nurse even suggested that without their treatment, our pet could possibly die. I would recommend staying away at all costs.

I would give Pet Central 5 stars because they made my cat better after 2 nights. And the nurse and receptionist here were very responsive. Reading the bad reviews here freaked me out but I’m happy that my cat is better. I moved my cat eventually to another animal hospital just because the new clinic is closer to where I live. I’m completely satisfied with the services here.
