Avoid this place at all cost ! I went with a tooth infection and had to have a root canal, never received a written plan of the cost but rather was told to me verbally, I was left with the impression the total cost will be around 8000HKD. Oh boy I was wrong , the cost for the root canal treatment was 18000 , without an additional crown . I’ve been told at the check up and at my two root canal sessions that once I finish the treatment I can fit a crown which has a starting cost of 7500 HKD. I decided to go to a different doctor and not pay for the crown at Bayley’s, only to find out I cannot even fit a crown because the state of my tooth would not support a crown. So basically I payed 18000 HKD for a tooth that in fact couldn’t be saved and it needed to actually be extracted. I now have to have an extraction followed by a tooth implant, obviously not with them ! Stay away from them, the miscommunication is terrible , i feel absolutely scammed. At this cost I could have easily flown anywhere in Europe , Thailand, Turkey and have it solved. Save your money and think twice before going there , there are better alternatives. Absolute trash dentist. I was, for my sins, a patient here but I have multiple dentists as I travel internationally. I asked for a hygienist appointment and 12 emails later after requesting the information on the company inwirk for, my insurance card and other details that frankly are none of their business as I'm paying for myself said if I didn't agree to a suite of X rays and unnecessary dental checks they would, and did refuse any hygienist appointments. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve used Bailey and Jackson for over 25 years, they provide an excellent service for booking appointments. The dentists, hygienists and facilities are of a very high standard providing a good caring experience. I am a very nervous dental patient, my current Dentist Dr Hackmak is extremely gentle, and puts me completely at ease.

This is my second visit for annual check up. The nurse takes care of me is Coni who is so professional and caring to check and clean my teeth thoroughly. She also gives me advice for daily cleansing. Thanks so much and I have another pleasant experience.

Avoid this practice if you value honest, patient-focused care. I went to Bayley & Jackson expecting straightforward dental advice, but instead encountered a dentist who was extremely pushy about expensive diagnostic workups and private procedures. When I specifically requested a referral to other dental specialists, the dentist flatly refused and kept steering me toward costly in-house options. It felt like profit was being prioritized over my needs and preferences. I left feeling pressured and distrustful. There are plenty of other dental practices in Hong Kong that respect patient choice. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this clinic.
