Asked for help, got attitude. Asked for escalation, got ignored. Asked for accountability, got blocked. If you ever wondered what it looks like when a company avoids accountability at every possible step, Blackview provides a very clear example. After experiencing an issue with my device, I attempted to resolve it through their support channels and requested escalation. Instead of help, I was met with increasingly poor communication. Joanna (sales manager) stood out for all the wrong reasons — consistently rude, dismissive, and at times unnecessarily aggressive. Any attempt to move the issue forward was effectively shut down. When the case reached Canthy, the customer support manager, the situation somehow got worse — communication stopped completely. After I requested a copy of their complaints procedure and asked for details of their regulatory body, I was simply ignored from that point on. And to round it off, their Facebook representative chose to block me rather than address the issue. That alone says more about their approach to customer service than anything else. They advertise their N6000 as most rugged phone on the market capable of taking 60 meter to concrete fall but it got shattered after a one meter drop. Now they refuse to honor warranty. They are straight lying to people. Don't ever get a blackview.

It is a shame to sell phones with no customer service at all. I sent first e-mail and all data required more than three months ago regarding a faulty charger slot. Since that I get automated e-mails that I will get a reply ASAP. Probably I would rate with 0 stars if possible, just because of customer service. Can't believe this company exists.
