I had a glasses emergency while on holiday in Hong Kong - a nose pad on my non-Blackzmith glasses detached. After visiting two other opticians who couldn't fix it due to the unique part, I was convinced it was hopeless. I went to Blackzmith as a last resort, and the staff were absolutely incredible. They were able to quickly fix the glasses, getting them to sit properly on my face again. The relief I felt was immense! To top it all off, when I asked how much the repair would cost, I was told it was no charge! Their willingness to help a non-customer with a difficult, specialised repair (and then waive the fee!) demonstrates genuinely exceptional service. Thank you so much to the Blackzmith team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them for their expertise, kindness, and dedication to customer service! 🙌🏻

Excellent service! The glasses are of high quality! Many thanks to veteran optician Billy for recommending high-end handmade Japanese brands to me and popular Korean brands to my wife. They complement our facial shape perfectly and elegantly. We had a wonderful experience and this is our return to Billy. I must really praise the professionalism of this store: I broke a part of my prescription glasses Mykita (I bought them here 5 years ago) and with a quick exchange on whatsapp I was able to go to the store and have it repaired in real time. Excellent customer service. By the way, the quality of the Seiko lenses are also excellent, so it was really a great purchase back then
