Amazing experience from the whole team at Opticsmind. We bought 2 sunglasses from them and received exceptional service and kindness throughout the whole process. They even shaped them to perfect alignment for both of us and offered to clean our sunglasses we arrived in while we waited. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Hong Kong!

I had a great experience at this shop today. My glasses' nose pads were loose and falling off, so I waited for them to open for help. Even though they had just opened and were clearly busy, the staff was incredibly attentive. Not only did they fix the nose pads, but they also noticed my frames were loose and adjusted them for a perfect fit—all free of charge. I was in a rush for a client meeting, and they prioritized my request to get me on my way quickly. Truly professional and excellent service!

Great shop for quality glasses. I’ve been shopping here for 3 years now and the team is highly accommodating and attentive. You’ll find all the top brands like Moscot and Tom Ford. My favourite shop for glasses in tsim sha tsui highly recommended!
