Outstanding experience. My partner needed an emergency consultation and got an appointment with Dr. Chin in less than 2 hours (we called first thing in the morning). Ended up needing a tooth extraction, which took less than an hour overall + thorough care instructions and medication. My partner also went another time previously for a check-up. Dr. Derek provided excellent care, calmly addressed his fear of dentists, and also provided a referral to a highly professional specialist that was needed at the time. The team overall are professional, friendly, with excellent patient care. 100% would recommend.

British dental partners is excellent. The environment is clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are approachable and willing to help. Dr Janice Lee is patient and attentive. I’m usually nervous getting my teeth checked and cleaned but she made the experience very positive. After seeing her twice, I then brought my 3.5 year old son for his first dental check up too, and he was very receptive to Dr Lee’s approach. Thank you to everyone at the clinic. we will see you again soon.
