Cafés, bakeries, dessert and drinks shops are often mainly takeaway with a few seats, and weekend afternoons are the busiest. Many accept Octopus, credit cards and e-wallets, and some run loyalty schemes or pre-orders; birthday cakes and festive boxes (mooncakes at Mid-Autumn, for example) usually need ordering in advance, a few days ahead on popular dates. Dessert shops are liveliest in the evening and some stay open late; ask for insulated packing for frozen takeaways.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Thu 13:00–23:00, Fri–Sat 13:00–24:00, Sun 13:00–23:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2493 3349; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there.
It has a Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 836 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

Order the 1st Longan in menu and mango sago. Both are good but do not except something too wow or special. The crunch sago in the longan one is interesting though. There might be queue but it moves fast

Every time I visit Hong Kong, I make sure to stop by this place and try one of their desserts and it never disappoints. Each visit brings a new surprise, and I’m always pleasantly impressed by the quality and creativity. I absolutely love their desserts. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting

Was brought here by a local friend to try authentic Hong Kong style desserts. Nestled in the hustle and bustle of Wan Chai (next to the tram line), this place even at 7:30pm had a bit of a queue but thankfully we didn't wait too long - approximately 5 minutes or so. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. We ordered our desserts (see photos attached) and they came very quickly. Taste wise it was on point and extremely satisfying. There's a reason why this place is highly rated and has queues. Worth checking out this dessert joint if you're in the area and want a slice of Hong Kong food culture as an experience.

This place always has long lines, especially during and after dinner. We came in the afternoon, didn’t have to wait in line. The desserts were so delicious, we had hot almond tea with black sesame and iced durian with Thai black glutinous rice, nutritious yet not too sweet, truly satisfying for our sweet tooth

Fast communal seating. $6 for a sorbet and fruit. Fast. Simple. Cheap. Good quality and worth it. Took 10 minutes to eat and leave.
