I ordered four different flavors of takeaway pizza at the counter, and all of them were confirmed to be available by the staff before I placed my order. However, when I went to pick up the pizza 20 minutes later, I was informed by the staff that some of the flavors I wanted were no longer available and was asked to choose other flavors. Unfortunately, my child only likes that specific flavor. The staff did not put my ordered pizzas into the takeaway box immediately and sold them to someone else, which is entirely the staff's responsibility. They should have restocked instead of asking the customer to switch flavors. Additionally, when I placed my order, I told the staff that I needed the takeaway to be packed in two bags. The staff said it was fine, but when I went to pick up the pizza, another staff member said that only one free bag could be given per order unless I placed two separate orders. However, the staff did not mention this when I ordered; they agreed to pack it in two bags. I hope all staff members can better understand the company policies. Ordered takeaway at the store front, came back and asked where my pizza was. They took turn to look around and found out they sold it out to other customer. Without any apology, they asked me to choose another flavor and i rejected and requested a refund for the pizza. I had other food ordered ( it was a meal for two) and now I have to find another restaurant with fried chicken and spaghetti in my hand. What a service.

I could really say that I am a regular buyer of “Bubble Milk Tea” in Canadian Pizza. I used to loved their bubble tea and they have a weekly promotion. However, there is one that disappoints me, well I don’t mind but seems unfair to me as a customer and that doesn’t happen only once but many cases even to my colleagues. This staff named “Aurora” whenever I went to their store and asked, sometimes she refused to sell even if that certain day falls on the promotion day as mentioned. She refused to sell and or used a small cup(small size). This caught my attention because the other staff especially the tiny guy there, he uses Large size(I bought from him many times too) like always when I visited their shop. So, in general this is not really fair for us buyers to be treated like this. I guess this staff needs proper orientation or some sort of training. Hope the management will pay attention to details with regards to this situation and put it into account. That’s it! Thank you.

A bit soggy and oily. I prefer a crispy crust. A bit expensive for Yuen Long area.
