Went with the restaurant nearly full, even though the amount of people were a lot, Pizza Express still gave consistently good pizzas and pasta. Recommend the meatballs marinara, but somewhat expensive. The pasta bolognese is good, the Calabrese and Margherita are must tries. Just because the crust of the pizza was a little bit overdone(a few, very little black spots), the waiters changed it without us asking, and what we got after that was a perfect, cheesy pizza. They refilled our lemonade. The dessert was excellent

Price is rather high with the so-so food quality. Waiting time for the pizza was almost 45 minutes, very likely the order was missed. Also the pizza and mussels were not really hot when serving.

Excellent service on this location. Upon arrival, the restaurant was full and I asked whether there's any place for a party of one to dine and I was met with a smile "there is always a place for one". I got seated in a nice place but the air conditioning was exactly above me, however, they promptly switched it off to accommodate me. The superboost salad was delicious. I would like thank the Restaurant Manager Mr.Eric Kwok for making my visit such a pleasant experience and I would also like to pay my respects to him for working with the team as one of them - that is rarely seen and thus even more commendable!

PizzaExpress is a popular restaurant chain that offers a variety of Italian-inspired dishes, with a focus on pizza. I recently visited one of their locations for lunch and had a mixed experience. The environment of the restaurant was quite pleasant, with a modern yet cozy interior that was well-lit and inviting. The service was also good, with friendly and attentive staff who were quick to take our orders and make recommendations. However, I found the prices to be quite high, especially considering the quality of the food. While the dishes were decent, they didn't stand out in terms of taste or presentation. The pizzas, which are the restaurant's main offering, were particularly disappointing, with lackluster toppings and a chewy crust that didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, while I appreciated the pleasant environment and good service, I left feeling that the restaurant was overpriced for what it offered. If you're looking for a decent Italian meal in a pleasant setting, PizzaExpress could be worth a visit, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for outstanding food at a reasonable price.

On weekdays, many bank or office employees working inside or near Olympian City shopping mall go to this restaurant for lunch. The place is normally busy during peak lunch hours. We went to have lunch there after 1:30 pm and managed to get a table. Great atmosphere inside. However, I was not impressed with their pizza and their Spaghetti. Their sauce needs improvement!
