This was my FIRST time I was so secured to let my 3 little babies in a hotel with so much confidence. The shop owner Napo was so caring for my 3 cats, he knew my cats were scared of unfamiliar environment and kept monitoring their conditions. He observed them having too little water and added water to their feed. He was gentle and played with my cats, so they adapted to the environment quickly and had so much fun. The cats spent great time in this cosy and clean hotel, and did not want to leave when I picked them up ;)

We left our young cat for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year and could not be happier with the care he received. It was his first experience away from home and the owner gave us regular updates, even checking in when he returned home to us. We will be using Caturday Hotel regularly whenever we travel and I would highly recommend this as an option for any cat owner who has to travel overseas. Thank you Caturday for letting me relax on holiday knowing that my cat was being so well cared for.

We left our two babies at Caturday Hotel for 13 nights during our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they received! The space for the cats is spacious and thoughtfully designed, giving them plenty of room to explore and relax. The daily playtime was just perfect, keeping our cats active and entertained. The owner took excellent care of them and provided regular updates, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. One of our cats, Kyoho, even seemed reluctant to leave—proof of how much they enjoyed their stay! Highly recommend to all cat parents!

Shop owner is very responsive, good on English and the service provided is amazing. Had my cat Snow stay here for few nights & grooming service. Each day you will get a report of your cat’s eating/peepee&poop, photos/videos and access to 24-hr cam to see your cat. Hotel room is spacious, your cat gets to use the whole vertical slice, and horizontally it’s also spacious enough to bring/install toys/litter box that you bring from ur home. Hotel price is worth it. Also quite hygiene with not much furs flying around in the hotel. Was good to see how much care & attention he puts to the cats staying here. :)

Caturday is so much more than just a cat hotel—it's also the best grooming place in town! I got my first cat 3 years ago, and my very first visit was for a nail trim and a bath. The owner was so gentle and responsible that my cat felt completely at ease—honestly, even more comfortable than at home! This July, my cat's fur got severely matted. I couldn't take time off work, and all the clinics were fully booked on weekends. The owner kindly helped me secure an appointment on Monday and took my cat to the vet, picked up his medication, and nursed him back to health. A few days later, when my cat started coughing, I immediately thought of Caturday again without hesitation. The owner helped me take him to the vet again, which was quite beyond my expectation. I knew for sure that my cat was in safe hands. The owner is truly loving, patient, and incredibly trustworthy. I can't recommend Caturday enough! Thank you for everything!
