Highly recommend this laundry service! We were staying at the hotel across the road and were nearing the end of a two-week holiday, so we had quite a lot of clothes to wash. We dropped everything off at around 9am and were told it would be ready by 1pm the same day. We ended up collecting it the following day as we were out exploring, but everything was clean, smelled lovely, and was neatly folded. A small detail that really made me smile was that they had carefully matched and packed our socks side by side, which made it much easier to pair them up afterwards. We paid HKD186 for approximately 10kg, or 22lb, of laundry. This works out to around HKD18.60 per kg or HKD8.44 per lb. I also saw another reviewer mention paying HKD234 for 12.7kg, or approximately 28lb, which works out to a similar HKD18.43 per kg or HKD8.36 per lb. For a full-service laundromat offering same-day express service in the middle of such a busy city, it was excellent value. Great service, thoughtful attention to detail, and very convenient. Highly recommend!

Friendly and quick service! They offer low-heat drying at an extra cost which I highly recommend. My clothes were very neatly folded and smelled very nice.

Stayed at HK for nearly 2 weeks with the fam. Been sending our laundry to Happy Dry Cleaners for washing (multiple time). The business owner was friendly and helpful. Brought it in in the morning and it's ready by the afternoon. Once, I forgot the receipt but the business owner was helpful and found my washed laundry for me. Highly recommended if you need your laundry washed while in HK around Tsim Sha Tsui area. Price was reasonable. Will go back for sure the next time I'm back in HK!

I found “Happy Dry Cleaners” at 11 Hart Lane after the initial Laundry service I went to advised they were so busy that there was a 2-day wait. Am pleased with the super efficient service by Happy Dry Cleaners. I dropped off my load at 8:40am and was able to collect by 4pm. Mine’s was a simple straight laundry and dry service where the cost is charged according to the total weight of the items to be washed. At HKD58 for up to 3 pounds of items to be washed, Happy Dry Cleaners was on the slightly high side. The benchmark is HKD50 for up to 3 pounds of clothes to be laundered, but that is for laundries located in more regular urban areas rather than the high tourist locations of Tsim Sha Tsui (where Happy Dry Cleaners is located) or Causeway Bay, or Central, where the rents are much higher. So I did not quibble about the slightly higher fee, especially when translated back into AUD, where the difference only amounted to AUD1.50. That’s not even enough for a third of a coffee! Happy to recommend “Happy Dry Cleaners”. The clothes come back clean and neatly folded, and importantly same day service. Furthermore, the plastic bag that Happy Dry Cleaners use has a handle making for easy c
