Stayed at the Hyatt Regency TST nearby and dropped off my family’s 5 days worth of HK summer laundry at this place . The gentleman there speaks English and is very friendly . Next day standard pricing or same day express service offered (2x) by the weight. So affordable - did about 30 pieces of clothing or 4 bags for about $200 HKD prepaid- that’s about $25 USD. Everything cleaned, folded nicely and returned in a plastic bag. So glad I found this place . Hotel would have charged me $12 USD to clean 1 t-shirt .

Appears to be a family owned business, and the owner was able to communicate with me in Cantonese and English. The owner was very nice and we were very happy with the service provided. The prices are very reasonable. I had “easy clothes”that needed to be cleaned (shirts, pants, shorts, socks) with the option of being completed in a standard timeframe (~2 day) or express timeframe (next day). Everything came back feeling clean, smelling nice, and (to our nice surprise) folded! As other reviewers have stated, the laundry can be a bit tricky to find. But once you find the door (that is unlocked, despite its appearance), you’re good to go!

Great and quick service. Followed instructions of other Google reviewers and found the place easily. Did 4.5kg of laundry, asked for a next day return with cost of AUD30. If you’re not looking for express service, it would only be half of the usual price with boss advising a turnaround of 2-3 days. Will return!! Happy that clothes are clean, folded with no missing items.

You have to enter a building with silver door it's unlocked. Then you walk pass the elevator and they are right there. Seems like a family business. Owner very friendly and worked with me to get my clothes laundered in rushed time, thank you! Definitely recommend!

10/10 Banger laundry store! Clothes were washed, dried, and folded. I have sensitive skin, no allergic reactions with whatever regular detergent they're using. Please note: the usual pick up time is 2 days later. You can pay extra for next day pick up. They're not open on Sundays and public holidays. As of Nov 2024, they're open from 8:30am to 5pm.
