A wonderful travel advisory and curator, with great ideas for luxury - and yet economical - travel, and consistently high levels of individualised service. They always go the extra mile in passing on additional benefits and upgrades (hence the overall economy achieved while still enjoying many outstanding experiences and destinations). Perfect for organising a big event as well as for ad hoc getaways.

Charlotte Travel are a first class travel agency in Hong Kong. I used them to organise a trip to China from the UK. My personal contact and agent was Candy Yiu and I cannot fault her efficiency and knowledge. I live in the UK so there was an 8 hour time difference but our correspondence was nonetheless easy, smooth and always punctual. Candy's suggestions and recommendations were all fantastic and the partner agents, guide and drivers on the ground in China were all excellent. CT travel itinerary and document systems are clear and comprehensive and the booking and payment procedure even between UK and HK and the currency difference was easy and fair. I can highly recommend Charlotte Travel and would use them again for all my Asian travel plans.

Charlotte Travel arranged a trip for a small group of us (4 couples) for 2 weeks to Cambodia and Vietnam. I travel quite a bit. It was by far the best trip I've ever taken. It was high end luxury from start to finish. The itinerary was perfect. The accommodations were amazing. Probably one of the highlights was a Mekong River cruise on the Aqua Mekong and then a fabulous "Saigon by night scooter tour." Not only would I recommend Charlotte unreservedly, but I'll be using them exclusively from now on!
