Charlotte Travel helped us to plan a 10-day tour of Yunnan, China, and it was a wonderful experience all around - we couldn’t have asked for better or more considerate service. I have booked several hotel stays with Charlotte Travel and absolutely love their professional and bespoke services. Due to Charlotte Travel's close relationships with the hotels, we have enjoyed exclusive VIP perks during every stay, such as early check-ins, birthday decorations, complimentary meals, and activities at the hotels. I would like to give a shoutout to Candy, who has been exceptionally patient and a massive help for our recent trip to Yangshuo, Guilin. Everything was arranged perfectly with the hotels.
