About ChaTraMue
ChaTraMue is a restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong, at Wing Lee Mansion, Shop 35A, G/F, James S, 33-35 Carnarvon Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it.
When choosing a restaurant, check whether the menu shows prices and the service charge, whether you need to book, and whether there are vegetarian or children's options. Restaurants must hold a licence from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, usually displayed inside. Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve are peak booking times, and some restaurants offer set menus or add a surcharge on festive days, so ask ahead. For birthdays or office dinners, ask about private rooms, corkage and cake-cutting fees in advance.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 11:00–22:30. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.
At 4.2 out of 5 on Google (113 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

I was very excited to see this brand was available in HK but ended up pretty disappointed in the Thai tea latte with oat milk. I added tapioca pearls as well. The latte came in a different cup and not the frosted red top cup. The Thai tea tasted very watered down and not the creamy Thai tea I remembered from when I purchased in Thailand. I would probably not get it again. On the plus side, the person taking our order was nice.

Very tasty, I love Thai tea, it has a different taste because the normal boba milk tea you would order doesn’t have the same taste as Thai tea, the pearls are also emerald green color and not the same boba pearls you would get from a local boba shop, I highly recommend!

A must-visit place when in Hong Kong🇭🇰. The drinks here are really amazing, tasty, and affordable. Their service is great, with staff who are both polite and hospitable. There’s also a section on one of the walls where the history of the shop is displayed, which was interesting to know. I highly recommend this tea shop to anyone looking for a refreshing and satisfying drink experience.

Very authentic Thai milk tea. Always looking for authentic Thai milk tea since travel to Thailand, found this one during our travel to Hong Kong. It’s small store, no seating, only order, grab & go. The Thai milk tea with pearl is so nice, it’s the traditional Thai milk tea flavour, strong aroma. You can adjust the sweetness level if you want.
