An older hotel in a great location. Rooms are small and clean but you can tell the hotel has seen better days. No bottled water supplied, get your own from nearby shops. There is a restaurant right next door which is quite popular. There are lots of cheap street food around so you'll never go hungry. Great place to stay if you don't have your own transport. Bus is at door and MTR station is close by.

The prices were really high for four star hotels I normally stay in, so I settled for this three star hotel in shum shui po. On picture, it looks decent and quite simple, which is fine with its price. But once I went in, it was really dirty. Smudges all over the TV, DO NOT USE THE DRAWERS (they had dirty stuff and dust in them), some drawers were rusty, and it smelled oddly weird and very humid in there. The door also are very loud since it won't close unless you slam it and the walls are so thin so good luck sleeping in the morning since you'll hear slams. There were also stains in the toilet. Stayed for a week. Never am I doing three star hotels again. It did the job if you're saving money, but if you can choose, don't do it.

We stayed here for 3days last December 2023. I booked by agoda. The room was quite good, quiet, clean everything is well maintained. We were satisfied so we came back December of 2025. We walked in. But the room we ended up this time is not that good. Some torn leather, the sliding doors for the bathroom is quite worn and seems need some maintenance. Overall still acceptable but maybe we won't go back again. But if you intend to go around Sham Shui Po this is a good option.
