Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

There weren’t many people here, I asked to order and she flatly told me, it will be an hours wait. I don’t think it’s that busy on a Monday afternoon, but I left anyway because her attitude was a little rude and there are many other options in this mall.

Venue: On Level 2, MOKO shopping mall. Sometimes Long queue. Limited dine-in area with very small tables. Comfy seating. No one keep the table clean. Bright and clean. Probably, takeaway is better option. 6/10 Service: the menu at the front desk. Order and pay at the cashier. Need to wait a bit longer than you expected the made-to-order procedure, manpower and the number of orders. Note your order number to pick up. --- 6.5/10 Tea: Bilingual meu with descriptions. Limited choices of Taiwanese Tea. Well-packed and so easy to carry the tea everywhere. Normal portion. Not all the tea products have options of ice levels or/ and sugar levels. Acceptable prices. - Mango Green Tea, $34: nice aroma of tea. Not bad.

Tea was pretty good & had a good ratio of tea to boba. The service was quite slow. Quite expensive for the size. Nothing too stand-out about the drink to make the wait/price worth it. Not a bad drink though.

Staff were super friendly, despite being in the midst of a rush. Drinks are made fresh to order, with the perfect amount of flavour and sweetness. Nice place to relax in the midst of a bustling shopping mall.
