When my boyfriend visited HK for the first time, we both decided to try out Chill Chill Ear Spa as you can't get anything like this where we are, we both struggle to clean our ears. We both really enjoyed the spa (we forgot to ask for the 師傅's names)! So I came here the second time by myself and again, i really recommend. The staff is kind and nice, speaking both English and Cantonese. The environment and the whole process was really relaxing. My ears feel refreshed! (and my boyfriend is very jealous...) 下次返嚟香港會一定再去！ 多謝FiFi師傅, 手勢好好同埋好舒服！

This was my first time doing ear cleaning and it was amazing experience. Very comfortable and therapeutic. The lady at the reception was very patient in providing instructions on how to get there and information about the session via wassapp. My therapist Nat was very good. She was always checking in if everything was alright, provided lots of information before and during the session and very professional. My Cantonese is pretty bad but both Nat and the receptionist lady speak perfect English, which is good for tourists. I would do it again when back if and when back in Hong Kong.

I don't think my therapist introduced herself so i don't know her name but she was brilliant! I really loved my first ear spa experience! Since I'm visiting HK and not a local, I found them through google search and I would highly recommend it to others! My therapist spoke English and so did the lovely lady in the reception therefore really helpful for tourist who don't speak Cantonese. There was 2 bed in one room separated by a partition but the therapist explained everything in a quiet soft voice so I don't think neither of us clients felt disturbed. I fell asleep so maybe I might have snored when I dosed off, who knows! After the treatment finished, the staff directed me to a small cozy area and offered me a drink - I didn't feel pressured to pay and leave. They were in touch via WhatsApp and informed me what kind of payments were accepted beforehand so that was helpful. The only bad thing was the session had to end.

It was my first time to get ear cleaning. The therapist was so kind and gentle when she was doing cleaning. They didn’t force me to leave a review, which I liked too.

Enjoyed my treatment. When in Hong Kong will go there again. For travelers - keep in mind that payment is possible by Octopus card or cash
