I had such a wonderful massage at Yuen today. It was really easy to book and pay online and I was able to get a same-day appointment. The proprietor was very welcoming and knew exactly who I was, based on the time I arrived. They gave me clean pyjamas to wear and I was never rushed. I was particularly impressed that they give you the full time that you paid for in actual massage time; they didn't take off the time I was getting changed either before or after, unlike other places I have visited. The masseuse started a stop-watch at the beginning of the massage and gave me the full time. I was also impressed with the pressure applied (I was asked to if it was OK, too soft or too hard) and each movement was so precise, I felt like I was being massaged by a surgeon, such was the attention to detail. The massage parlour was comfortable with the usual low light and a very nice reclining chair for the foot massage. I feel very well taken care of and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Yuen Massage is THEE place to go for a quality spa treatment in Hong Kong! I knew I was in for a treat and great customer service when the owner promptly replied to my inquiry via WhatsApp. She went above and beyond and provided me with clear directions on how to efficiently get to her location, etc. with pictures and clear instructions/details. I sincerely appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, her very kind nature and the AMAZING service from my masseuse. I had seen a promotional offer on their website when I initially booked an appointment. The owner still happily honored the discount and even gave me another discount for a return visit, should I have time to return. The prices cannot be beat - I booked a 2-hour treatment (50 min aromatherapy body massage + 60 min foot massage) for an incredible value. I've saved this spot for my return visits to this amazing city. Be sure to come here - you will not regret it. Had a wonderful Chinese style massage to undo all the knots I acquired from schlepping luggage around while travelling. The space is calming and clean. Massage therapist and reception were lovely and accommodating. Bonus there are shower facilities which are handy after a day spent in HK humidity!

After two weeks of nonstop sightseeing and walking, this couples massage was exactly what we needed. The experience was traditional Chinese style, where you change into comfortable pajamas and receive the massage over your clothing rather than directly on the skin. I actually loved this approach—since we visited in late spring and had spent the day exploring, I was worried about feeling sweaty, and this made the whole experience much more comfortable and relaxing. The massage itself was excellent, and the therapists did a great job working out all the soreness and tension we had built up during our trip. The atmosphere was peaceful, professional, and restorative from start to finish. It was the perfect way to recharge before continuing our travels. If you've been spending your days walking all over Hong Kong, I highly recommend making time for a treatment here. It ended up being one of the most relaxing experiences of our entire trip.

The shop is located on the 15th floor. You have to go up a flight of stairs before arriving at the lift lobby. I was assigned to the old man and he was spectacular! I had an aching back and left the place 10 years younger. I would highly recommend telling him in advance your aching areas.
