I used to be a frequent customer of this bookstore, but upon returning after a few years (now 2025), the selection of books and service has greatly declined. In fact, the employees at the checkout counter were not only performing poorly at their roles, but left customers with a bitter taste. I will never return, and shall try another place or just get my books directly from Japan.

祟文堂在銅鑼灣SOGO11樓，需要會員才能到11樓或以上的樓層。不過申請會員很簡單，下載app做簡單的登記程序便可以。書店不大，販賣各種類的日文書，有漫畫，小說，旅遊書，時裝雜誌，運動雜誌，兒童讀物，散文，贈物雜誌。較可惜的是價錢並不便宜，超過11算。然而一些過期減價的漫畫雜誌可以減得很便宜，10元有交易。在SOGO感謝祭之時，祟文堂也有優惠推出。例如送書券等。總括來說，雖然祟文堂書店面積不大，販賣著基本書店均有的日文書籍。但最新最大熱的書籍都會入貨，不介意價錢的話，很推薦大家不時到店尋找時令熱門書籍。
