For the money they demand for this place you should expect a modern, well appointed apartment. What you actually get is a very tired, in need of refurbishment apartment. The bad experience started at the entrance, the door bell was broken so you had to phone the reception in order for them to let you in. Once in, the ground floor lobby smells like a bad toilet. The lift is small, old, amd actually moves from side to side as the door closes, scary... Overall, not close to being worth the money they charge. Its my first night here and hope it gets better..

This serviced apartment is in a refurbished old building so the room layouts are a bit awkward. It has a rooftop area with barbecue facilities and sitting out areas but zero view. The rooms are adequate but in winter the heater barely works, the walls are thin and windows not double glazed. Stay in other seasons for best experience. If you are staying longer term, you’ll meet the magical cleaning ladies who can finish “cleaning” a one bedroom apartment in 5 minutes. Including washing the dishes. Try to wash your own dishes... You’ll feel a lot better eating off it later.
