Everything you need for essential living in HK, located quite central form everything you need MTR, tram, park, waterfront and beach . I stayed in CWB brunch, clean and fully equipped with evening you need. Also a lot of space for storege. And personal quite nice and responsive

Lived on 7/F for 2 months and had a good experience afterall. Lilian was helpful and responsive. The apartment has basically what you need for cooking and clothes washing. The place is tidy. Location is superb. Very convenient for shopping and transport, with MTR and buses at a few-min walk to access to anywhere. Just one thing to remind is that the staff would be off on public holidays. So if you need anything on these days, better ask beforehand or wait after holidays.

Lived here for four months during my exchange in Hong Kong. The unit was spacious and received bi-weekly cleaning. Location is great — lots to do in the area, and walking distance from the MTR. Highly recommend!

I was with GoodHk for 16 months at 42-48 Paterson Street back to back between May 2024 and Sept 2025. Excellent experience for the first ten months followed by a rapidly deteriorating and absolutely disastrous experience for the latter six months. The one star rating is for those six months, which completely negated the positive experience before that. Your experience with GoodHk will depend largely if not completely on the quality of your fellow tenants in your larger unit since the buildings themselves are usually well-maintained. Despite the fact that the rooms look clean, furnished, and well lit when you visit them or first move in, the walls and dividers with other units are hollow (and made of wood or some other cheap material) and not soundproof, hence you'll hear (and smell) your fellow roommates and other tenants, especially at night if they are unscrupulous, inconsiderate or lack respect for others' well being. I highly suggest anyone checking out or visiting their units to tap on the walls/dividers, and you'll know precisely what I mean by hollow.
