Probably one of the best bars in Wan Chai. Great value for money (no service charges) and very “French” in spirit, with service at the bar. The bar is so chill and relax. If you like a good atmosphere, great music, and a very welcoming place, this is the perfect spot!! I had a great time here and I highly recommend it!!

Great bar with such a nice vibe! We hosted an event here last night for about 50 people and the team was super welcoming and professional. Food and drinks were great value, and there’s loads of space inside and out even a pétanque court. Really nice French bistro, we’ll definitely be back!

Have been a big fan to their Sheung wan and causeway branch and now happy to discover this Newest gem in town of French style wine bar with great ambience. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Pets friendly. Superb staff who are friendly helpful and also knowledgable. Got a private cellar room too in case need private small event. can also book their venue for corporate events. Highly recommended for an after work wine down sessions and chillax with buddies.

Not so many choices by glass, but nice by bottle selection. Affordable , nice quality, would be great to have more of them by glass. Cheese platter was fine. Music started with lower levels but then increased significantly closer to the evening, became a bit too noisy.

Corks now has three wine bars around HK Island including this recently opened place on Food Street at the Hopewell Mall in Wanchai. This branch has a large indoor seating area around a circular bar. There are quite a few outdoor tables as well. Opening times are 3.30pm to 11.30pm most days with earlier opening time on weekends and later closing hours on Friday and Saturday night. Corks offers French wines by the glass or bottle and has a pretty good selection to choose from. They also do a few beers and cocktails along with a selection of French food items and fries if you want something to eat while enjoying a round of drinks. We stopped by recently and were happy with the two Rhone Valley red & white wines enjoyed during a brief Sunday afternoon stop. Service was good, prices fair and environs great for a glass or two before dinner, heading home or back to your hotel. This is a good venue in Wanchai for couples and small groups.
