Dr. Annabelle is always friendly and passionate about the health of my pets. She gives solid advice and recommendations, without pushing for additional and unnecessary treatment. My dogs are always happy to see her even if it’s for vaccinations!

Been visit this vet for many years, keep seeing the professional dr left, VA quality drops, service keep going downhill is not good as compare to few years ago. Totally different from time to time visit. People working there keep changing. Not friendly anymore, not welcoming . But the environment is clean and spacious. Just the service is not that good. Price is acceptable when compare to other vet In TKO. But price rising is rapid thru. If you have been visit this place few years ago, you will have a totally different experience

Staff are nice and friendly, Dr (Maggie + Kaylen + Toriana + Grace) were very professional and helpful, Service was efficient, Prices were acceptable. Clinic was super clean, tidy and spacious, Car parking was free. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

This veterinary practice is truly outstanding in Hong Kong. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are always polite, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I really appreciate how they take into account both the wellbeing of my fur baby and my own peace of mind. Although my little one can still get nervous about visits, I feel reassured knowing she’s cared for by such a dedicated and compassionate team. I’m genuinely grateful for everything this clinic does, and it’s such a comfort to have their support when needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.
