We have been to Pets Central since the cat was 2 months old, the diarrhoea problem has been solved well and we have been to North Point and TKO both hospitals. All staffs and kind and caring for the pets, truly appreciated their love and professional care. Wish Seoi Seoi stay healthy and happy with you :) Thanks Dr. Iris and Dr. Chris <3 and the staffs that help us! Love, Seoi Seoi and Mama! ~

We had a 14 year old golden retriever who started refusing to walk and was having a bad appetite. The doctor refused to listen to us and told us that Millie had been paralysed. She told us to do a blood test saying that it will tell us what is wrong and how to get Millie to feel better. A thousand dollars later told us the report was inconclusive and additional tests need to be run. I then asked if Millie will be able to walk again, which she said no unless if Millie goes through a series of complicated operations. it was also up to us to ask if these procedures are recommenced for Millie, to which she answered no, it is not recommended for a 14 year old dog. Which essentially means that the blood test was totally useless! A month later, with great care from our helper, Millie has made a full recovery and is able to walk again. Unless a miracle happened, i have no idea how Millie can heal herself from being paralysed. Never seen such an unprofessional vet. Props to the vet nurse who did a lot of translation for us admist the barrage of Veterinary jargon which common people do not understand.

The nurse with short hair sat at the counter always claimed herself busy and could not work well, the names of the kittens were wrong and always opposed 1) if we could help to fill in or 2) seek help or make appointment with the vet. .Her most beautiful job was to escalate the client emotion even all were with good attitude on phone or face to face. She even could not recognize the vets in the clinic. Felt so frustrated when communicated with this lady.

We've been seeing Dr. Catherine for several months. She has been very patient and nice to our puppy, explaining things/situations with great details and clarification. She has addressed our concerns no matter how minor or remote they are. The assistants have also done great jobs. The receptionists, on the other hand, can be less satisfying. They have made several mistakes till now (e.g., missing our booking once; in another occasion giving us the wrong time by mispronouncing FIFTEEN as FIFTY).

The communication betwen us and Dr. Catherine and the assistant is super clear. Dr. Catherine is professional on explaning all the symptoms and measures including potential risk and side-effect. As a client, we can fully understand each prescribed medicine how it get effective (it's exceptional, some clinics just prescribe unnecessary but expensive medicine by knowledge threshold). Besides transparency, the price is also quite decent comparing to others nearby in TKO. The first time we came there for ringworm, she had checked full body with wood's lamp to locate the area, and suggested both topical/oral anti-fungal medicine. Topical for direct treatment and environment control, oral one to cover all the area that we may missed. What's more, she adviced clearly that daily sanitation (clean infected fur) at home is necessary, medical bath is necessary. For us even we don't bath him at home, the assistant further pointed out the place may accept (he also kindly shown us how to feed tablets). We appreciate all of these effective and professional service with an acceptable price, and the first choice in TKO.
