The owner of the shop in CSL crnyrsl in Eorld Wide Store that Singaporean middle aged man is very rude and disrespectful. These are my proof: After he loaded my phone he took my phone to check if the load is already loaded. And it took him a while to do it. and the he adjusted my setting without asking permission to go that far. When I took back my phone to stop him from doing it he shouted at me and said many words to me in front of many customers. I waited for him to stop to explain my part but he is not listening and not giving me time to explain. He sent me out from the store. That was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Seeing this kind of people who make business and not respecting customers is the worst part. He could have just loaded the thing using the number that I have given him . Thst is his only role. S d not skimming my phone. Be careful with this man, he is very untamed. I hope there is another CSL place to load here. I would not recommend this shop.

This might be the worst internet / cable company in Hong Kong. CSL monopolised my building’s internet so I had to use them to install WiFi for the apartment. They charges HK$2,500 just for installation and $498-610 monthly for WiFi — these prices double the market price (e.g., HKBN, HKT) and are clear rip-off of consumers/residents of buildings monopolised by CSL. How does government allow these kinds of anti-competition collusions?

Entered the store close to 2pm on 29 December 2024. The staff became extremely unhelpful once they realised I was there to top up my prepaid sim. They refused to help me at the desk even though there was no customers waiting. They said I had to do it at the machine on my own. They wouldn't even answer basic questions on what was included in the top up. This was definitely not a language barrier issue. I asked in Cantonese, "what does this top up include?" They said "it's a top up." "Well does it include data?" "no" "So what does it include?" "A top up is a top up." If you want to get rid of me from the store, that's fine, but can you at least answer some of my questions about your store's products?

Not a reflection of the store itself but the company is awful. Terrible prices, customer service and onerous contracts. They even gave me the wrong end of contract date and then charged me 417 hkd for early termination (i went to birdie, a far better service and significantly cheaper). Would give less than 1* if that was an option
