Location was great, close to mtr station and especially thanks for property manager Raymond Lau’s timely response on assisting the maintenance issue during the temporary stay!!

The worst operated service apartment you could imagine. We booked our room in this location with lift and kitchen. One week later they closed the kitchen for maintenance (without any notice), two weeks later the lift broke down and tenants all have to climb stairs on daily basis and after two weeks of breakdown it’s still not fixed. Essentially you paid for a hotel room with no lift, no kitchen and no staff. The customer service is online (outside of HK), billing department never replies (number no longer in use), you have 0 ground support. We will never come back and nor should anyone.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo B&B per nove notti e devo dire di essermi trovato molto bene. Innanzitutto la posizione è ottima, la stazione Yau Ma Tei si trova esattamente sotto, ma anche se vuoi andare in giro a Mong Kok puoi farlo senza problemi a piedi. Per l’accesso ci sono state fornite le indicazioni qualche giorno prima, scaricando un’app e ottenendo la chiave digitale in pochi passi. La stanza non è grandissima, se tieni aperta la valigia non hai spazio per camminare, però comunque non dovevamo viverci dentro quindi andava più che bene. È prevista la pulizia della camera una volta a settimana, ma non obbligatoria. Per quanto riguarda la cucina noi non l’abbiamo usata quindi non posso dire nulla, però c’è anche una lavanderia in caso di necessità. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di sporco o polvere, tutto perfetto. Consiglio.

The slow wifi connection and the old chewing gum in the middle of the bathroom it's not great but ok. But the dirty shared kitchen with the dead cockroach in the drawer since 3 days it's too much.
