Please ignore my review previously, The man in the reception is asking me to write a specific review or else I will pay more. He always yells and does't know how to deal with his costumer. This place is very dirty. I get a viral infection from this place, now I am suffering from mumps. Please, if you value health and cleanlines don't chose this place.

Staying at Nathan Residences was an amazingly pleasurable experience. Staff were helpful and prompt to address any queries. Communal area is always kept clean, well furnished and everything looks new and in very good condition. The place is also very nicely decorated. Room is spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the toilet is very clean and water pressure is good too! The location is also extremely convenient, right at the doorstep of Yau Ma Tei MTR station with plenty of amenities and eateries around! This is easily a 5 Star recommendation!

Nathan Residence is a great place if you a planing a few weeks or a couple of months in Hong Kong. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The common area is a joyful place to make friends during meals and includes a peaceful quiet/reading room. I made many memorable memories at Nathan Residence and I wish you will do as well.

One of the best places to stay at in Hong Kong ! I came to Hong Kong knowing no one and everyone at Nathan Residences made me feel so welcome ! The communal kitchen is very spacious and always so clean thanks to the cleaners & considerate residents. The staff that help you at Nathan Residences are also so kind, I went through a crisis during the time I was going to leave Hong Kong & the staff (particularly Alice) were so accommodating and helpful, I couldn’t recommend them any more ! It's also a minute walk away from Exit C of Yau Ma Tei MTR Station, no other place I would stay in HK.

I have been living at Nathan Residences for almost a year now. Great service, always responsive, and a wide range of services are available along with what is included in the affordable rent. It is right on Nathan road and within walking distance of Mong Kok as well as many eating joints. Along with that, the MTR station is barely a minute away walking. I have had no reason to complain, and any issues I have had have always been resolved within a few hours. Along with the courteous staff, the Nathan community is extremely welcoming and you can find people from all around the globe! Great staff, great amenities, great housing!
