I bought several cards for china. My friend and I used 2 of them and both were unstable. At times it would be so slow that it's unusable or it would disconnect and be out of service. I already confirmed the settings are accurate and they even troubleshooted with me to make sure all settings were optimized on our phones but it's still like that. We're used to travelling and often use data sim cards without issue so we know the problem is not with our phone or settings, but with their sim card or network. I didn't even ask for a refund of the unstable cards but I still have several unopened and unused cards that I repeatedly asked to return or exchange but they ignored me so it seems it's not possible to return them even if they're new and unopened.

Bought an E-sim at the store for HK local use but not working. Tried 2 times with different eSIM & instructions, still not working. Staff giving wrong instruction and ask to send ID privacy document.

Bought some Telstra pre-paid sim cards to use in Australia, works great, saves the trouble of going to a Telstra shop downtown given there’s no Telstra shop in the airport we flew to (Perth). Package / staff says 45G but turned out we have 80G, must be some promotion. Plenty for a month. Activation took just 5-10 minutes.
