Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. Phone: 9806 1476. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. Its website is hakdei.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

It has a Google rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 151 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.

Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

A wholesome store to find kitchenware items. I found unique ceramic rice/soup bowls that are well priced at HKD120 each

We visited this much-talked-about crockery and gift store in Mong Kok after hearing a lot of recommendations, but honestly, we found it to be quite overrated. While the store has a large variety of items on display, we did not come across anything particularly unique, alluring, or a must-buy. In fact, we were surprised to find that many crockery pieces were sold individually without proper matching sets, which made shopping for a complete dining collection difficult. The store seems to benefit more from social media hype and tourist recommendations than from the actual shopping experience. Unless you are already in the area and have some time to spare, we would not consider it a must-visit destination in Hong Kong. Overall, our experience was average, and the store did not live up to the expectations created by the hype.

Super great store for home goods, knick knacks, and practical items. Kept coming across new items even 20 minutes in. Very reasonably priced. One of my favorite stores in all of Hong Kong!

Nice ceramics, although the unless you are determined to buy some, I wouldn’t make a trip solely out of it. The shop is quite compact.
