I couldn't help but to comment as you have disappointed me twice. While the environment is quite decent, there had still been no updates as to why Internet failed to connect to my laptop and phone in two different occasions. Reliable internet access is an essence of a coworking space. This completely defeats the purpose. If you review other comments here, others have complained about your Wifi (unless the clients don't use) so I have to respectfully disagree with your staff member's comment my laptop was problematic. I reported this issue in person and via your WhatsApp yet I obtained no solid response. It all looked you cold-shouldered. Accordingly, should you really charge customers with virtually no Internet access? Laughters occasionally burst out from Private Room in both occasions I visited so how is the area 'quiet'? Is there even soundproof? I feel compelled to recommend a soundproofing company to you. A false trade description, isn't it?

I travel to HK for business every one to two months. I like that I can use the space on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis. The transportation is convenient, the facilities are excellent, and above all, the view from Happy Valley is amazing! I wish there were more offices like this in Seoul, where I live.

Had to remote work for a couple of hours and this place ticks all the boxes: quiet, chill, great view, power sockets, affordable packages and a quick 8 mins walk from Causeway MTR Exit F1. I enjoyed my time here; you can really feel the peace and calm as opposed to the busy streets beneath. Wifi was fast, music was chill, complimentary drinks and snacks and the receptionist was patient and friendly. Would stop by again if I need a few hours of focused work done 👍✨

view of happy valley is fantastic. absolutely loved it. there's snacks and drinks in the pantry and the bathroom is clean. but it's very hard to concentrate when the meeting rooms are right next to the quiet zone. there's a chinese teacher teaching a kid putonghua speaking and I could still hear them even with noise-cancelling headphones on. there were about 7 ppl working in the quiet area and everyone had to endure such a pain. so I ended up leaving early without getting much done. the layout can def be significantly improved

updates 2025: worst!!! i had like 1000 credits soon expire, they pinged me - but i didn’t know “using 180(i forgot exact amount) credits to renew membership” means the remaining credits would still expire!!! what LOGIC is to renew only the membership, while my credits going to the bin? BLACKLISTED. ===== been to cwb, wanchai and shatin branches, so far the worst. no coffee machine, meeting rooms in the silent zone, toilet that needs to walk some stairs, and only 5 “proper” desk for the “normal” zone. more a quieter cafè than a workspace.
